FieldQuote lets solo IT techs and independent service professionals create estimates, email invoices, capture signatures and record payments — all from a phone. One-time price, no monthly subscription, works with no signal.
50 seconds: a camera install quoted, invoiced and emailed — including with the signal switched off.
You promise to email it that night. You get home, you forget, and the invoice goes out three days late. Or you type it in Notes and hope it looks professional enough.
FieldQuote was built for exactly that moment — standing in front of the customer, phone in hand, job done.
Four steps, no complicated setup. Work through a quote on site, turn it into an invoice, and keep a record of what happened.
Choose your trade, enter labor, materials and tax, and check the estimate before saving. Your saved rates fill in automatically.
Prepare the quote email and send it from your own mail app. The message carries your payment details.
Convert a quote, or start an invoice directly without a conversion step. Capture a signature and export a signed PDF.
After checking your provider or bank, mark the invoice paid and keep the method on the record.
Everything a solo operator needs to quote and get paid, without a monthly bill.
Pick a job template, enter your hours and materials. Your saved rates fill in automatically, so you never retype them.
Labour, materials markup and sales tax calculated per line item, so only what is taxable gets taxed.
Turn a quote into an invoice with one tap, or start an invoice on the spot when you never quoted at all.
Your own Square or Stripe link for cards, plus cash, check, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal/Venmo and bank transfer.
An in-person acknowledgment on a paid invoice, printed on the signed copy.
Download a professional PDF, or prepare the message and send it from your own mail app.
Half the places you work have no reception. A basement, a lift shaft, a job trailer, a new build with no service. FieldQuote keeps working, closes cleanly, and is still there when you get back to the truck.
It installs to your phone’s home screen and opens full screen like a normal app. No app store, no account, no monthly bill.
Real screens from the app.

Most quoting apps bill you every month, whether you used them or not. FieldQuote is a single payment.

Independent service providers who quote at the customer’s location: IT technicians, handymen, plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, cleaners, mobile detailers, landscapers and other solo operators. The app ships with job templates across 19 trades.
No. FieldQuote prepares emails in your own mail app; you review and press Send. And it does not process, verify or detect payments — you check your provider or bank, then mark the invoice paid yourself. That is what keeps it a one-time purchase instead of a subscription.
Not automatically, no. Records are saved in browser storage on each device, and the two do not talk to each other. Backup and restore tools are included, so export a copy and restore it on the other device if you need to move between them.
Mostly, yes. Once installed and opened at least once, the app keeps working offline and saves to your device. Internet is still needed to send email and to open a payment provider’s website. Do not clear your browser data while you are offline.
No. There is no sign-up and no password. FieldQuote is an installable web app, so it goes straight to your phone’s home screen without an app store. Installation differs slightly between Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac — the guide covers all four.
Yes, but keep your own backups. Your records live in browser storage on your device, and clearing that data or changing phones removes them. Export a backup regularly and treat FieldQuote as your working record rather than the only copy.
No. FieldQuote quotes jobs and tracks whether you have been paid. It is not bookkeeping, payroll or inventory software.
